goal: connect pricing, quoting, contracting, and billing.

We're excited to announce the launch of the Conga Partner Advisory Board, a new program that gives a select group of partner leaders a direct voice in shaping the future of commerce.

Pricing, quoting, contracting, and billing too often live in separate systems, are run by separate teams, and are reviewed on separate timelines. These disconnects slow down deals and make it harder for businesses to move with confidence.

Conga built the Partner Advisory Board to close that gap, to bring the partners closest to the challenges into the room where we solve them, and to make sure the products we build reflect what our partners and customers actually need.

The launch of the Partner Advisory Board is exciting because it gives our partners a real seat at the table. It creates a dedicated venue to help us identify gaps we might not catch on our own. This strengthens our commitment to serving our customers and prospects even better, and it gives us something invaluable: an outside perspective from people we trust and who are experts in their field.

A Seat at the Table

Commerce moves fastest when the right leaders are in the room. That's what the Partner Advisory Board was made for: to bring together partners who understand what makes commerce smarter and give them direct input into where Conga goes next.

What’s In It for the Board?

Board members will engage directly with Conga's leadership and product teams, trade insight with peers across the revenue lifecycle, and help set the priorities that drive our roadmap. They’ll also gain:

Access. Board members connect directly with Conga's leadership, preview our product roadmap and upcoming releases, and hear from guest speakers, including industry analysts and leaders.

Insight. Members exchange perspectives with peers across the revenue lifecycle, sharing the challenges they're solving and learning about the trends shaping commerce, from deals to contracts to revenue.

Influence. Board feedback helps direct Conga's product roadmap and priorities, strengthening the broader commerce ecosystem and creating new opportunities for growth.

Trust. Conversations happen under a non-disclosure agreement, so members get real transparency into Conga's priorities and decisions, and know their feedback is heard and acted on.

Who’s On Board

The inaugural Partner Advisory Board brings together partner leaders from:

  • Accenture
  • Cognizant
  • Deloitte US
  • Forsys
  • Infosys
  • Kicksaw
  • Pink Samurais
  • PwC
  • Slalom
  • TCS

Together, these partners span the breadth of the commerce ecosystem, from global systems integrators to specialized consultancies, each bringing a distinct vantage point on pricing, quoting, contracting, and revenue operations. What connects them is a shared stake in solving commerce's hardest problems and a track record of helping customers put the right systems and strategy in place.

Here’s why some of the founding members are joining:

I’m excited to join Conga’s PAB because the strongest partnerships are built in the market, not just on paper. Being part of this group means bringing the commercial perspective of a partner investing in growth with Conga, and helping shape the programs, incentives, and co-selling practices that help partners build pipeline and close revenue faster.

Being part of Conga’s Partner Advisory Board is a real privilege. I’ve spent more than 16 years working with Conga on 40+ projects, and I’ve seen how much the partner community shapes what customers get out of quote-to-cash.

I’m excited to be part of Conga’s Partner Advisory Board to exchange perspectives with leaders who are shaping the future of revenue operations and customer service. For me, it is a great opportunity to bring client and transformation experience into the conversation and jointly explore how technology and AI can create measurable business value.

Over the coming year, the board will meet for three virtual sessions, each built around pre-read materials and focused on advancing the top priorities the group identifies together. Members will also have the chance to connect in person, where the conversation continues face-to-face.

While the initial term runs through the year ahead, we see this as a longer-term relationship, one that gets more valuable the longer it runs. We're looking forward to growing alongside this group.

What's Next

Board members will participate in virtual sessions throughout the year and come together in person at https://conga.com/connect, our annual user conference, on March 1, 2027, in Orlando, Florida, for executive keynotes, product deep dives, and strategic roundtables.

This is just the beginning. We built this program because we know the sharpest ideas come from the people doing the work: closing deals, managing risk, and keeping commerce moving. As the board takes shape, we'll share updates on the priorities members are helping us tackle and the impact they're having on Conga's direction. Stay tuned as we open the next chapter of the Conga Partner Advisory Board.
