Both firms are working together to drive forward the digital transformation of legal services

London, UK – June 12, 2024 – Conga,  the pioneer and market leader in Revenue Lifecycle Management, and PwC UK have today announced a strategic alliance that will help organisations to digitally transform their legal operations. PwC has integrated Conga Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions – including Conga Composer and Conga Sign– into its new Legal Operations Portal (LOP) tool to help legal teams manage, automate and optimise their legal operations.

In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, legal teams are navigating changing business needs and shifting regulatory environments. In house teams are often working cross functionally to tight deadlines with even tighter budgets whilst relying upon multiple tools, systems and manual processes. PwC and Conga came together to create a self-service portal that empowers legal teams to deliver more efficient, effective and strategic legal services and improve end-to-end performance.

The cloud-based software provides legal users with streamlined processes to boost productivity and decrease risk, create visibility and access to real time data, providing important insights which helps with resourcing allocation and strategic decision making. Benefits include a 50% increase in productivity of legal teams, up to 40% reduction in legal administration, 30% reduction in external legal expenditure, and up to 100% re-focus on high value legal work and innovation*.

Document automation  tool, Conga Composer, and e-signature solution, Conga Sign, have both been integrated into the LOP to automatically generate documents, such as NDAs and MSAs, and send them for signature. The solutions streamline legal workflows, ensuring contracts, compliance and documentation flow effortlessly.

Klaus Schmidt, Global Tax & Legal Services Alliances Leader, PwC, said:

“The collaboration between PwC’s Legal Operations Portal and Conga will enable a simplified and more streamlined legal intake process for our clients, helping them to digitally transform their operations.

"With an increasingly demanding environment, our clients are under pressure to handle these matters with limited resources, so I am excited to see this partnership enable our people to help their clients by improving productivity, driving efficiency and increasing profitability.”

“This agreement with PwC will be pivotal for the legal industry embracing digital transformation,” concludes Grant Peterson, Chief Product Officer at Conga. “From document management to eSignatures, our integrated solutions are crucial components in the Legal Operations Portal, providing legal professionals with complete control over their workflows, end-to-end. Combining this with the deep industry knowledge from PwC, we look forward to seeing legal teams take charge of their transformation programs.”
