The Spring ‘19 Release covers features that released between February and April 2019.

Read on for highlights of the release:

Digital documents

Conga Collaborate is your solution for creating, managing, and tracking quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work online. Smart Folders provide a new way for administrators and users to organize and share their documents and content in a way that is relevant to your business.

Effortless eSignature

Conga Sign is your solution for modern electronic signature built for Salesforce. Conga Sign continues to focus on the value of the data surrounding the eSignature process by expanding the available form fields available for our customers to use in their customer, prospect, and partner interactions. Check boxes can be used for document-only purposes or linked to a Salesforce field through the write-back process, keeping your system of record up to date. This feature helps reduce the need to gather additional information from your signer outside of the signing event.

Intelligent contracts

Conga Contracts for Salesforce delivers True-Up All—users can now select True-Up All to reconcile all outstanding items with the push of a button. Our contract solutions now also feature an integration to Conga AI Analyze—in our newest solution, we’re providing a better way to identify key contract data. Quickly identify rights, obligations, and opportunities, and import the data into your system of record with AI Analyze.

Automate workflows

Conga Grid is your solution to manage and update Salesforce data easily all from a single screen. New to Grid is the Lightning User Interface: with the impending migration to Salesforce Lightning for many customers, we want to ensure your tools work with the latest user interface. We’re excited to announce that we are modernizing the Grid user experience so you can manage your Grid views as a Salesforce Lightning user.
