At Conga, we believe that customer success should be celebrated. 2019 has already been a record year for Conga EMEA, on our journey to support our customer base in achieving their business goals. Achievements like these are only possible through the continued trust and loyalty of our customers. To celebrate this, we invited them for a special night during Conga Connect Europe to say thank you!
About the Conga Champions Awards
We nominated our customers by requesting submissions through our own Conga Collaborate solution. Customers submitted their stories about how they are driving innovation in their business with Conga. We received many amazing submissions across various industries, which made the selection of the seven award winners really tough!
The final winners were selected based on criteria such as complexity of the use cases, positive impact on the business, or if the customer was able to implement the solution with limited professional Conga support.
The winners were…
The Innovator: Jaguar Land Rover
Jaguar Land Rover developed a more efficient sales process and predicted an increase in overall sales by ten percent. It will also become an even greener and more environmentally sustainable company by moving to a fully paperless sales cycle.
The All-Rounder: Maintel
Maintel significantly improved governance and signed documents by 200 percent using Conga. In its application, Maintel gained control by reducing its average time to update Salesforce with accurate commercial information from approximately 30 minutes to less than two minutes.
The Self Starter: Nutricia
This award acknowledges a Conga customer that has carried out the implementation of one or more Conga solutions, either without (or with only limited) support by an official Salesforce consulting partner. Nutricia was judged on the time needed for implementation, as well as the number of Conga solutions incorporated within the organisation.
The Long Timer: Just Eat
Just Eat has been a Conga customer since 2013, and has reduced its contract generation time down to only 15 seconds.
The Impactor: Allianz Care
Allianz Care improved its document, data, and contract management processes within its organisation. Using Conga, they’ve delivered significant business value, such as return on investment (ROI), time, cost savings, and more.
The Ambassador: Claire Jones (Laing O’Rourke)
Claire is a real proponent of Conga’s brand advocacy platform, Conga Champions, completing more than 100 engaging Conga Challenges.
The Conganeer: Adrienn Kovács (Signavio)
Adrienn has grown to be a true ambassador for Conga, supporting the company in sales calls as a reference, after implementing the full Conga Suite in two different organisations.
Conga Partner Awards
Not only did we celebrate our customers, we also highlighted partners that enable us to implement and accelerate Conga solutions for our EMEA customers. System integrators are key in the Salesforce ecosystem, and key to Conga. We are proud of our relationships and to have been able to welcome seven partners as sponsors of the night, celebrating four with partner awards.
Partner Newcomer: Vanguard Cloud Consulting
Formed in March 2019, Vanguard Cloud Consulting has rapidly developed a marketing and branding campaign that has contributed to the significant growth in footprint across the UK and Ireland. Specifically, it created large scale lead generation campaigns aligning Conga and Salesforce, raising awareness of Conga products across multiple territories.
Partner Innovator: makepositive
makepositive is a Global Platinum Boutique Relative Strength Index (RSI) partner, which has been part of the Salesforce ecosystem since 2002, as well as an award-winning Salesforce partner, with two Salesforce Global Innovation Awards. The company is the first RSI in the UK and EMEA to build a “quote-to-cash” accelerator that has incorporated the majority of the Conga Suite by implementing Conga Contracts for Salesforce.
Most Certified Partner UK: Sapient i7
Sapient i7 is a Platinum Salesforce Consulting Partner, focused on achieving business value outcomes. Based in London with a global reach, Sapient i7 provide an unsurpassed customer experience using Salesforce multi-cloud technology and transformation capabilities. It has now expanded its expertise to be the most Conga certified RSI in the UK.
Most Certified Partner EMEA: Bluewolf, an IBM company
Bluewolf is the longest standing Salesforce consulting practice globally, combining deep industry expertise with experience across all Salesforce clouds and products. It is an international player with more than 40 global studios and has been named in IDC’s Global Leader Salesforce Implementation Vendor Assessment Report. Expanding upon its proven expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), it has become the largest Conga certified partner in EMEA.
