Dave Osborne is the Chief Executive Officer of Conga, where he leads the company’s efforts to drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth. Dave has a proven track record of scaling technology companies and integrating go-to-market strategies. His leadership will guide Conga into the future, focusing on accelerating global growth, operational efficiency, and continued innovation. He brings over 25 years of experience in global sales, SaaS, cloud technology, and operational transformation, with a strong focus on creating enterprise value.  

Prior to joining Conga, Dave served as CEO of Caseware, a global provider of cloud-enabled audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions. In this role, he led the company’s growth and strategic direction. Dave also served as President & COO, then CEO, of Virgin Pulse, where he guided the company’s vision to personalize and simplify employee health and wellbeing experiences. Earlier in his career, Dave held senior leadership roles at other technology companies, building expertise in operational execution and transformation.   

Dave's educational background includes an MBA from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a degree from Colorado State University, equipping him with the knowledge to drive transformative change.  

Brian is CFO at Conga with 25+ years of financial leadership in private and public tech companies. He drives financial strategy, operational excellence, and growth, including the planned PROS B2B acquisition. Previously, he held senior finance and legal roles, including CFO positions at Caseware, The Stars Group, DH Corp, and Pivot Technology Solutions.
 

Known for disciplined execution and strategic focus, Brian scales organizations for profitability and long-term value. Based in Toronto, he grew up in Ottawa and has worked across Europe and South America. He holds an MBA from Queen’s University and an Honorary Doctorate from Assumption University. Outside work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and motorcycles, and values Atomic Habits’ philosophy of small, consistent changes. Brian leads with integrity, urgency, and example, guided by the advice: People will forget what you said or did, but never how you made them feel.

Richard Boylan is President and Chief Operating Officer of Conga where he is responsible for professional services, technical support, and partner alliances. He brings more than 20 years of experience improving operational scale and efficiency in global organizations. A significant part of that time was spent driving post-sale customer functions to focus on product adoption, time to value, and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Conga, Richard served as president and chief operating officer at Personify Health, formed as the result of a merger of Virgin Pulse and HealthComp. Before Personify Health, he served in multiple leadership roles at Virgin Pulse including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

Richard attended Liverpool John Moores University.

Nikki Brewer is the Chief People Officer at Conga, where she leads the global People organization and oversees talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, people communications, and culture. She is focused on building a high-performance, inclusive culture and scalable people practices that support Conga’s growth.

Nikki brings deep experience driving innovative people initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and elevate the employee experience. Prior to joining Conga, she served as Chief People Officer at PROS, where she led enterprise-wide transformation across rewards, benefits, people systems, and employer branding, enhancing the employee experience during periods of significant growth and change.
Earlier in her career, Nikki held a number of HR leadership roles in the energy industry across the U.S. and abroad. Beyond the HR function, she played a key role in merger and acquisition diligence, integration planning, and organizational transitions.

Nikki holds an M.B.A. and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.

Rohit is the Chief Product Officer at Conga, where he is responsible for the vision, design, and delivery of Conga's products and commerce platform. He brings over 25 years of experience leading product, technology, and growth strategies across B2B software and information services companies. He has held senior roles at organizations such as Central Square Technologies, W Energy Software, Intel, and Wolters Kluwer. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Omnigo, a provider of public safety and security management solutions. 

Rohit holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Outside work, he’s been married for nearly 25 years and is the proud father of two "strong and brilliant" daughters. He’s passionate about reading, sports, and giving back—serving as a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) South Florida Chapter.

Lisa Martin is Conga’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for leading the company’s global revenue strategy and driving growth through innovative sales and customer success initiatives. With more than two decades of leadership experience in technology and communications, Lisa is widely recognized for her strategic vision, ability to build high-performing teams, and commitment to a customer-first approach.

Prior to joining Conga, Lisa served as Chief Revenue Officer at 8x8, where she led efforts to accelerate revenue growth, optimize go-to-market strategies, and deepen customer engagement across global markets. She has also held senior leadership roles at Twilio, Genesys, and Verizon, and began her career in technology with roles at Wells Fargo and Fidelity Information Systems. 

Celia Fleischaker is the Chief Marketing Officer at Conga, where she oversees the strategic development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives for the organization. Celia has over 20 years of experience in creating go-to-market strategies for B2B technology companies, effectively driving both organic and inorganic growth.
 

Before joining Conga, she held senior executive roles at multiple companies, including isolved, PROS, Verint, and Epicor. Her career has focused on driving growth across a diverse set of markets, channels, and product lines. Celia is known for consistently delivering outstanding results in pipeline development, revenue growth, and organizational efficiency. She is a dedicated leader, recognized for nurturing, guiding, and retaining high-performing teams that contribute to success.
 

Based in Austin, Texas, Celia earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She believes there is always room for kindness and a bit of humor.

Kevin Pawsey is the Chief Technology Officer at Conga, where he leads the company’s global product development, engineering, AI, and technology strategy. He is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable platform that enables faster innovation, improved quality, and meaningful customer impact.

Kevin brings more than 15 years of global technology and product leadership experience, with deep expertise in building resilient and secure technology foundations, modernizing development practices, and scaling engineering organizations to support high-growth businesses. He has a strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business outcomes while driving operational excellence and innovation.

Prior to joining Conga, Kevin held senior technology leadership roles across SaaS and other technology verticals, where he led platform modernization initiatives and strengthened engineering execution.  

Kevin attended Kingston University in London, UK, and completed advanced studies in digital leadership and AI through Boston University and MIT. 

Logan Maley serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Conga, where she leads the company’s global legal and procurement functions.

Prior to joining Conga, Logan was at Procore Technologies for nearly 9 years, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the company during its rapid growth from a $50M ARR company through its global expansion, IPO, and continued growth as a public company doing over $1B in ARR. She led a variety of functions and brings deep experience as a business-savvy leader. Earlier in her career, she was in private practice serving clients on a variety of complex matters at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and then at Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth LLP.

Logan holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and two B.A.s from the University of California, San Diego. She is passionate about building empowered teams, crafting simple solutions to complex challenges, and creating legal functions that accelerate business strategy.

Ashish Shah is the General Manager of India Operations at Conga, where he leads the day-to-day operations across three offices. As a member of the senior team, he supports strategic initiatives and is passionate about the deployment of new technologies, developing products that exceed customer’s expectations, and building a world-class team that drives business growth.

Prior to Conga, Ashish was General Manager at GE, where he spent 21 years of his career. He previously served as Managing Director of NextGen Healthcare, leading the build from the ground up, scaling the operation to a few thousand employees, and encouraging cultural transformation to strengthen the value proposition of the India center.

Ashish holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
