Conga Appoints Jeff Lautenbach as Chief Revenue Officer
Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions leader adds experienced revenue executive to help drive business development and sales

In this role, Lautenbach will be responsible for leading Conga’s global sales organization, including the field sales team, pre-sales functions, sales operations and partners while working closely with Conga’s Chief Marketing Officer to drive Conga’s go-to-market strategy.
Lautenbach joins Conga with 15 years of experience in leading and transforming global cloud businesses. He most recently served as CRO of Rent., a leading platform for renting and sharing spaces, where he was responsible for the overall revenue planning, execution, and success of the company. Prior to Rent., Lautenbach served as President of Global Field Operations for Cornerstone OnDemand, leading Cornerstone’s global sales, customer success, business development, revenue operations and indirect channels, with a focus on accelerating the company’s growth and advancing its position in the market. Lautenbach also served as the President of Worldwide Field Operations at Jive Software where he was responsible for driving business growth through direct and indirect channels.

Lautenbach received his MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Xavier University. He is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
