We are excited to announce that the Conga Fall 2018 product launch is here! With more than 80 new and improved features, organizations can now create, share, sign, automate and manage documents and contracts more easily and effectively. This release delivers on Conga’s continued commitment to provide customers with an industry-leading suite of products that drive business productivity and make it easier to get work done.
The Fall 2018 Launch includes a number of innovative new features and enhancements that address challenges for companies of all shapes and sizes. Below are four of our favorites:
1. Improved insights for better contract management
Conga Contracts unveiled a new set of reporting capabilities to help contract administrators see and monitor all their teams’ activities, including tracking the status of current contracts, who they are assigned to, and which contracts are expiring. Contract administrators can now access reports and analytics that help provide full visibility into how contracts are performing, driving maximum efficiency and eliminating bottlenecks.
2. Enhanced Salesforce integration
One of the more notable enhancements included in the launch is the ability to update specific fields in Salesforce. Conga Sign has new Write Back functionality, which sends the information entered by signers directly to Salesforce and automatically updates the appropriate records. For example, if a signer enters a start date of 12/10/2020, that information will populate a date field in Salesforce, so you can ensure your system of record is always up-to-date.
3. Increased support for advanced document and contract workflows
Conga Orchestrate now offers users more options to create documents with Conga Composer, skipping a button click and integrating the document generation directly into a workflow, just at the point where it’s needed. Orchestrate now also provides contract clause workflows for Conga Contracts for Salesforce. Instead of having to manually select clauses or bundles, users can simply add Managed Clause steps to a Contract Definition. In this way, the Managed Clauses are automatically (and conditionally) added to the contract when the process kicks off and its criteria matches.
4. Consistent customer experience
Conga Grid (formerly known as ActionGrid) and Conga Collaborate (formerly known as Octiv) now have newly rebranded user interfaces that provide a consistent Conga customer experience. The Fall 2018 Launch is one of three seasonal product launches planned for the Conga Digital Document Transformation Suite in 2018. Conga users will now have access to many more powerful features and enhancements in the current launch besides just what we’ve listed here.
