Salesforce Digital Transformation: Traction on Demand, for Pape Group
Pape Group expedited their ability to create customized, on-brand quotes and proposals with the most up-to-date information and data using Conga and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Salesforce Lead to Cash Digital Transformation: ATG for Valpak
ATG for Valpak automated their sales process by giving their sales team the ability to create custom invoice templates for multiple forms of delivery, as well as generate and track invoices from inception to payment.
Americas Systems Integrator of the Year: Simplus
Simplus helped numerous customers drive digital transformation and modernize business processes while reducing contract cycle time from days to weeks. Simplus’ customers have realized an average 80 percent reduction in errors associated with manually creating contracts—significantly increasing productivity for legal, sales, and service teams.
Global Systems Integrator of the Year: Appirio
Appiro enabled their clients to prepare and negotiate various contract types directly within Salesforce, thereby simplifying the contract process and improving the tracking and visibility of the contract—including special terms and conditions—with its customers.
Our customer success team spearheaded the inaugural DDX Awards, including Claire Couch, director of customer marketing, and Srikant Sharma, senior vice president of customer success.
