Leveling up your CLM process with contract architecture

Paul has worked in the Telecommunications/IT industry for over 30 years, with more than 20 years spent in various buy- and sell-side contract and commercial management (CCM) positions. Most recently, Paul was Head of Deal Assurance at BT Group, delivering complex change programs dramatically improving CCM delivery.  

Paul served on the IACCM Board of Directors, as both a Non-Executive Director and Officer.  He is an IACCM Expert Practitioner and Fellow.

Lauryn serves as a managing director in the Legal Technology practice within the Advisory business at HBR Consulting (HBR) and has over two decades of experience in technology, operations and consulting. She has worked in all facets of the business, from law firms to a Fortune 500 corporation, to legal software companies and consulting firms. Lauryn has a history of mastering complex business problems for her clients, using her unique work experience to blend process and technology and come up with solutions tailor-made for their success. Lauryn focuses on connecting the needs of the law department with the needs of the enterprise.

Lauryn is considered a thought-leader in the area of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and is a frequent speaker and author on the topic. She leads contract lifecycle management teams for technology implementations, process design and CLM program management. She also has extensive experience in legal matter management and e-Billing implementations, entity management, document management and claims management solutions.

Lauryn has a degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Information Systems. When she is not working hard for her clients, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, as well as being a voracious reader and incurable trivia addict.

Bobby is the Product Manager for the Contracts for Salesforce product and has been with Conga for 9 years. Bobby is a Certified Salesforce Admin and has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over a decade. Bobby began his role at Conga as a BA, worked on the partner team as a Sr Solutions Engineer helping develop the Conga Partner program and worked with Salesforce as the Technical Evangelist training over 1200 Salesforce Solution Engineers on Conga Products. As the CFS Product Manager, Bobby helps drive the vision and direction of the Contracts for Salesforce product.
 
Bobby grew up in Long Beach, Ca - attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and can be found rooting on the Red Sox or catching any Shoegaze/Psychedelic concerts when he can. He is married to his amazing wife Kelly, an elementary Principal and has three boys in college.
