As part of its commitment to advancing the digital transformation of its operations, IZIVIA has enhanced its document management and eSignature capabilities with Conga Composer and Conga Sign API.
Challenge
As a growing business in the dynamic electric vehicle industry, IZIVIA faced the challenge of rapidly generating and electronically signing documents, including quotes and delivery proofs. With the recent adoption of Salesforce as their customer relationship management (CRM) solution, seamless integration was crucial. Solution

Results
Although they have only been using Conga Sign API for a short time, IVIZIA has already experienced a return on their investment. Multiple deals—some substantial—were swiftly completed through the new signature process, contributing to revenue growth. Positive feedback from B2B customers underscores the demand for such streamlined digital processes.
