Conga Aspire
Recognizing colleagues who live the Conga Way
In year four of the program, Conganeers from across the organization were selected to participate in Conga’s annual recognition event. No typical sales trip, Aspire is a way for colleagues to come together and make lifelong memories in service and celebration of the Conga Way.
In addition to those who qualified by meeting or exceeding sales quota, non-Sales colleagues were nominated by peers and selected to participate based on their accomplishments and commitment to Conga’s culture and values.
This year’s Aspire event was a truly extraordinary celebration, honoring 70 Conganeers and their guests. The unforgettable five-day event combined recreation, celebration, and service, all set against the stunning backdrop of Costa Rica. The accommodations at the Andaz Costa Rica Resort provided a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
The week was packed with unforgettable experiences, each designed to create lasting memories and foster a sense of community. Highlights included community service at a local school, where attendees built a playground, repaired ceilings, painted, and spent quality time with the children; a choose-your-own-adventure day offering authentic Costa Rican experiences; and two awards dinners and celebrations to honor the attendees' achievements.
Aspire 2024 was not just a getaway but a heartfelt expression of Conga’s appreciation for those who embody the Conga Way.
Past Aspire destinations have included Mexico, Morocco, and Bali.
