I agree that content I provide to Conga Corporation (“Conga”), as well as photographic, video, or audio recordings of me and my employer associated with the advocacy activity which this Release relates, as specified below, (collectively, “Content”), may be displayed on Conga’s web properties, promotional materials and social channels for promotional purposes.
I have read this Release prior to accepting it and I understand its contents. This Release may not be amended, unless Conga and I agree in writing. I confirm that: (i) I have the right to enter into this Release, (ii) my performance and the rights granted in this Release will not conflict with or violate any commitment I have with any other person or entity and/or the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity, and (iii) Conga has no financial obligation to me or my employer for the rights granted in this Release.
