Girish Agarwal is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience spanning consulting and product companies, specializing in digital transformation and AI-driven business innovation. Having worked with organizations like GE Healthcare and Husqvarna, he has led the creation of IT and digital units from the ground up, focusing on architecture, AI labs, and scalable digital infrastructure. Currently serving as Chief Digital and Information Officer of Vaisala, he balances two critical roles—ensuring seamless IT operations as CIO while driving digital business evolution as CDO. His expertise lies in integrating data-driven technologies to enhance business models, particularly within the Nordic industrial manufacturing sector. With a PhD in Artificial Technology implications on Business Model Innovation, he is passionate about bridging technology and strategy to create value, streamline operations, and accelerate market offerings through digital innovation.

Dave Osborne is the Chief Executive Officer of Conga, where he leads the company’s efforts to drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth. Dave has a proven track record of scaling technology companies and integrating go-to-market strategies. His leadership will guide Conga into the future, focusing on accelerating global growth, operational efficiency, and continued innovation. He brings over 25 years of experience in global sales, SaaS, cloud technology, and operational transformation, with a strong focus on creating enterprise value.  

Rohit is the Chief Product Officer at Conga, where he is responsible for the vision, design, and delivery of Conga's products and commerce platform. He brings over 25 years of experience leading product, technology, and growth strategies across B2B software and information services companies. He has held senior roles at organizations such as Central Square Technologies, W Energy Software, Intel, and Wolters Kluwer. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Omnigo, a provider of public safety and security management solutions.

Celia Fleischaker is Chief Marketing Officer at Conga, oversees the strategic development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives for the organization. With 20+ years in B2B t technology, she has driven growth at companies like isolved, PROS, Verint, and Epicor. Known for building high-performing teams, Celia consistently delivers results in pipeline, revenue and efficiency. Based in Austin, she holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Xavier Leon has more than 25 years working in IT, traveling to implement core system in South America, Europe and Asia. He joined AXA in 2009, held various positions, including Corporate Finance Business Analyst, Executive Assistant to the Chief Procurement Officer, and IT Project Manager at AXA GO. Now as a UCQM Manager within the former AXA Group Ceded Reinsurance, where he played a pivotal role in developing the Actor New Gen platform (treaty placement solution), implementing major new functionalities, such as Treaty Placement, Customer Relationship Management and Contract Life Cycle Management with Conga.

Desmond O'Geran is an Engineering Manager at Booking.com, leading the Conga Engineering Team who support Conga CLM across multiple global booking brands and business units. With over a decade of experience in Conga CPQ and CLM implementations across pharma, consumer goods, finance and automotive, he has led global Quote-to-Cash programs for firms like Deloitte and Accenture. At Booking.com, he is driving the vision for a single, integrated contract management system across all brands, streamlining contract lifecycle processes, enabling collaboration, and maximizing contract value. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the canals of Amsterdam, sailing, golf, tennis and family.

Christine Lavery is the VP of Customer Success at Conga where she is responsible for driving outcomes with all customers who leverage Conga's products.  She previously held customer success leadership positions at Typeform and Dell Secureworks who provided cross-industry SaaS solutions to customers. She began her career at Accenture where she supported both complex IT implementations and sales focused strategic initiatives.

Jacob Hill is the founder of Offploy.org, a social enterprise dedicated to reducing reoffending by supporting people with criminal convictions into meaningful employment. Drawing from his own lived experience of the justice system, Jacob established Offploy to challenge stigma and prove that individuals deserve more than a second chance, they deserve opportunity, dignity and purpose. Since 2016, Offploy has supported more than 4,000 people across the UK, partnering with major employers and government agencies to create safer, more inclusive workplaces. Jacob is a passionate advocate for using data, empathy and bold leadership to drive sustainable social change.

Spencer Earp is SVP EMEA at Conga, bringing extensive leadership experience in scaling high-growth SaaS businesses. He previously led EMEA at Pendo, drove post-acquisition growth at Salesforce Industries and was instrumental in Vlocity’s success ahead of its Salesforce acquisition. At ServiceMax, he built the EMEA business and later led global sales through its acquisition by GE Digital. Spencer has also held senior roles at Oracle and Siebel and now leads Conga’s growth and customer success across EMEA.

Geoff Webb leads Solutions Marketing and Strategy at Conga, partnering across teams to shape how businesses use AI to break down silos and build agile go-to-market strategies. With 30+ years in tech, he is a frequent commentator in outlets like Forbes, CNBC and USA Today. A Forbes Technology Council member and published author, Geoff writes on how AI is transforming business and has authored several books including The Mouse Queen and Center the Pendulum.

A 25-year "recovering" attorney, I have spent my career assisting legal professionals with the use and development of technology to support the practice of law and enable the business of legal services delivery.  I now focus on go to market strategy for Conga's CLM pillar with an emphasis on emerging trends and AI.

Marc leads Conga’s Global Business Transformation and Solution Architecture teams, guiding customers in planning and executing operational excellence. He helps organizations prioritize key initiatives, optimize processes, and align strategies with business objectives. Before joining Conga, Marc spent 16 years at Citrix Systems, where he led the Enterprise Architecture team and spearheaded the deployment of Conga’s solutions.

Vincent Benoit Marquie, a distinguished professional in the Saas industry, currently contributes his extensive expertise to Conga's Product Strategy team, focusing on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions. With a wealth of experience spanning over several years, Vincent has established himself as a seasoned specialist in the field, delivering impactful solutions to clients.

Ruskin Kerslake is a CPQ expert who has helped global brands navigate complex transformation programs to drive growth, improve sales effectiveness, and accelerate time to revenue. At Conga, he works with companies to modernise their quote-to-cash processes, enabling faster, more accurate, and higher-value sales outcomes. With deep experience across the revenue lifecycle, Ruskin combines strategic thinking with practical execution to deliver meaningful, long-term business impact. The son of two artists, hence the name, Ruskin has a lifelong appreciation for creativity, expressed through his love of music, playing guitar (badly), and curating an extensive (and eclectic) record collection.

Rodolphe Malaguti is a seasoned SaaS professional with extensive industry experience. His career at Conga has spanned many roles including sales engineering, product strategy, and now supervising product launches to ensure customers maximize the value of innovative solutions. While knowledgeable across all Conga products, Rodolphe has focused his expertise on Document Automation solutions, including Document Generation and E-signature platforms.

Diego Colombo brings 20 years of expertise in managing commercial, digital, and data projects across various industries. Since joining Boston Scientific in 2023, Diego has successfully led the CPQ implementation in EMEA and the Revenue Management System Program, which includes designing a sophisticated algorithm for real-time price recommendations to sales teams.

Tjerk Smits has over 30 years of experience spanning business and IT project leadership, with a strong track record in integration and digital transformation. Since joining Boston Scientific in 2012 through its acquisition of Cameron Health, he has led multiple integration projects, digital initiatives, and system implementations across EMEA. In his current role as Director of Processes & Programs, Data Analytics & Reporting for the Rhythm Management division, Tjerk focuses on leveraging data to drive customer and employee satisfaction, improve productivity, and enhance revenue management with the introduction of Conga CPQ.

Anaïs is a Salesforce Project Manager at TELESIO, where she leads Salesforce integration projects. She successfully managed the deployment of a Contract Lifecycle Management system using Conga for AXA Group Ceded Reinsurance. Anaïs excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of tailored, high-quality solutions that meet client expectations, project deadlines, and industry best practices. Her expertise contributes significantly to the success of complex digital transformation initiatives.

David Cambria, often called “the Godfather of Legal Operations,” has spent his career driving innovation and transformation within law firms and corporate legal functions. Known for bridging the gap between legal strategy and business growth, he has led operational overhauls and developed new service models that enhance client engagement, reduce risk, and increase retention. David has guided major organizations like Epiq Global, PwC, and Baker McKenzie in reshaping legal operations to improve efficiency, culture, and revenue impact. Passionate about developing future leaders, he actively mentors and builds the next generation of legal innovators.

Karan Bhadiadra is the founder of PinkSamurais and a CPQ, CLM, and Quote-to-Cash architect with 20 years of enterprise project experience. He spent a decade at Conga, leading complex implementations across industries and geographies, before founding PinkSamurais in 2020. Over his career, Karan has delivered 30+ projects in 20 countries, helping global enterprises transform sales and contract processes with deep technical expertise on Conga. Today, he leads a team of passionate “Quote-to-Cash Samurais,” combining architecture-level insight with a people-first approach to digital transformation.
