Dave Osborne is the Chief Executive Officer of Conga, where he leads the company’s efforts to drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth in the Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) space. Dave has a proven track record of scaling technology companies and integrating go-to-market strategies. His leadership will guide Conga into the future, focusing on accelerating global growth, operational efficiency, and continued innovation. He brings over 25 years of experience in global sales, SaaS, cloud technology, and operational transformation, with a strong focus on creating enterprise value.  

Prior to joining Conga, Dave served as CEO of Caseware, a global provider of cloud-enabled audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions. In this role, he led the company’s growth and strategic direction. Dave also served as President & COO, then CEO, of Virgin Pulse, where he guided the company’s vision to personalize and simplify employee health and wellbeing experiences. Earlier in his career, Dave held senior leadership roles at other technology companies, building expertise in operational execution and transformation.   

Dave's educational background includes an MBA from the prestigious Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a degree from Colorado State University, equipping him with the knowledge to drive transformative change.  

Chris Bishop is Chief Customer Officer of Conga, where he ensures that customers have valuable interactions with Conga at every stage of their engagement. He brings more than 20 years of experience with aligning all post-sale customer functions to focus on product adoption, time to value, and customer satisfaction. 

Prior to joining Conga, Chris served as head of global services and support at Plex Systems, helping customers maximize the value from their deployments. In this role, he was responsible for the global leadership of all professional services, education, and customer support operations. Before Plex Systems, Chris held a number of senior leadership roles at various software companies, including Vice President of PeopleSoft’s North American Supply Chain consulting organization. He also has held leadership and operational positions at Oracle and Ford Motor Company.

Chris holds a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Simon is Chief Financial Officer of Conga, where he manages the financial and accounting aspects of the company, as well as providing the leadership team and board of directors with financial and strategic guidance. Simon joins Conga with over 15 years of public and private company leadership experience and has a proven track record of leading global teams and driving operational rigor. 

Prior to Conga, Simon served as the CFO of ServiceMax, where he guided the business through a period of rapid expansion and profitability until its acquisition by PTC in 2023. In this role, Simon oversaw ServiceMax’s global finance and accounting teams, as well as the corporate development, business operations, and IT functions.  

Prior to ServiceMax, Simon spent more than a decade at General Electric, where he served in a number of finance executive roles, including Executive Audit Manager for GE’s Global Operations and CFO of GE Digital. 

Simon holds a BS from the University of the West of England and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

Dayna Perry is the Chief People Officer at Conga, where she leads all colleague-related functions, including corporate social responsibility, HR business partnering, engagement, internal communications, leadership development, and total rewards and HRIS. Dayna brings extensive experience leading global HR teams.  

Prior to joining Conga, Dayna spent her 25+ year career working with a variety of notable companies in e-commerce, mobile, software, financial, and manufacturing sectors. She has a wide range of experience partnering with business and creating and delivering a positive employee experience. Over the past seven years she has served in various senior leadership roles at Amazon, supporting its International Consumer Business, Amazon Operations, and Worldwide Customer Service. 

Dayna holds both a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. 

Grant is the Chief Product Officer at Conga, where he is responsible for the vision, design, and delivery of Conga's products and commerce platform. He is a deeply experienced product and engineering leader with more than 22 years as a technology executive and more than a decade as an technical architect.

Prior to Conga, Grant served for more than a decade as CTO at DocuSign, where he was responsible for the product definition, development, architecture, innovation, engineering, and technical operations leading to the industry leadership position in automated document transactions. Previously, he was the VP of Litigation Product Development at LexisNexis and VP of Product Development at Primus Knowledge Solutions.

Jeff Lautenbach joins Conga as Chief Revenue Officer. He’ll lead the company’s Global Sales organization.

Prior to joining Conga, Jeff served as President of Global Field Operations for Cornerstone OnDemand, the leading provider of talent and learning management solutions for businesses. He led Cornerstone's sales, customer success, business development, and indirect channels around the globe, focusing on accelerating its growth and advancing its position in the market. He has a successful track record of leading go-to-market teams across all types of markets in every industry—from large healthcare enterprises to emerging and medium-sized tech companies.

Before Cornerstone, Jeff was President of WW Field Operations at Jive Software (the world leader in collaboration solutions for business), where he was responsible for driving the growth of Jive's business through direct and indirect sales, marketing, and partner channels. He has also held executive sales and GTM positions at SAP, Salesforce, and IBM. 

Jeff holds a B.A. from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Andrew Bennett, Conga's Chief Marketing Officer, brings a wealth of marketing expertise and a track record of driving product-led growth to his role. Focusing on enhancing Conga's global brand and marketing strategy, Bennett is dedicated to building awareness and generating demand for Conga's suite of products and offerings.

Prior to joining Conga, Bennett held leadership positions in marketing and sales at Smartsheet, an enterprise work management platform. His tenure at Smartsheet included building their digital marketing and demand generation capabilities, leading commercial sales, and ultimately serving as CMO. Under his leadership, Smartsheet experienced remarkable growth, achieving over $1 billion in Annual Recurring Revenue. Before his time at Smartsheet, Bennett served as Vice President of Professional Services, Americas at Onyx Software Corporation.

Beyond his corporate experience, Bennett is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded and presided over Deneki Outdoors, an outdoor recreation brand. This venture ignited his passion for inbound marketing and provided him with valuable insights into consumer behavior.

Bennett holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Dartmouth College and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Rob Payne is Chief Product Delivery Officer of Conga, where he leads the team responsible for designing, building, securing, and running our innovative software solutions. Rob also has responsibility for the CIO function at Conga. With 30+ years of experience in global IT, software engineering, and cloud operations, Rob brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Before joining Conga, Rob held senior executive positions at Blackberry, where he helped to transform the company into a leader in scalable internet solutions. He is passionate about software requirements, architecture, code, testing, documentation, user experience, networking, operations, and process debugging. In his free time, Rob enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, playing golf, hiking, reading, and playing poker. He even writes code to relax! Rob earned a BA in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. 

Koti Reddy is the Chief Technology Officer at Conga, where he ensures that the company’s reputation for innovation and industry-leading solutions in the digital transformation of commercial operations is unparalleled. His expertise in engineering, research and development, and other critical operations is essential to growing Conga's business. 

Prior to Conga, Koti served as SVP of Engineering at CallidusCloud where he was responsible for all product development and cloud operations. During his nearly 20-year tenure at CallidusCloud, he held various leadership positions in the engineering department.

Koti holds a BS in Electronics and Communications from Sri Venkateswara University and a PG Diploma in Computer Science from RMIT University.

Ashish Shah is the General Manager of India Operations at Conga, where he leads the day-to-day operations across three offices. As a member of the senior team, he supports strategic initiatives and is passionate about the deployment of new technologies, developing products that exceed customer’s expectations, and building a world-class team that drives business growth.

Prior to Conga, Ashish was General Manager at GE, where he spent 21 years of his career. He previously served as Managing Director of NextGen Healthcare, leading the build from the ground up, scaling the operation to a few thousand employees, and encouraging cultural transformation to strengthen the value proposition of the India center.

Ashish holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
