We’re gearing up for another great Conga Connect! Our 2020 U.S. conference is taking place in Orlando, Florida, at the Gaylord Palms Resort, February 26-28

Conga Connect is a conference created for the user, focused on the aspects our customers—you!—found most valuable at past Connects. We’re offering over 200 hands-on workshops and Conga University courses, new admin onboarding, certification prep, and interactive user groups. Conga Connect is the only place where you’ll find most of this content, and this much one-on-one time with our team. We’re also planning for more demo and solution stations than ever before!

To make sure you’re up to speed on all things Conga Connect, we’ve put together this guide, with everything you need to know about the conference. We’ll continue to update this page as we get closer to the event, so be sure to check back in as we add more details.

What to know before you go.

We’re going to have an amazing few days in Orlando, and to ensure you’re prepared before you arrive, we recommend taking these actions:

  • Book your one-on-one meeting with a Conga technical expert. Our Solution Stations are historically the most popular parts of Connect, so be sure to get your time on the books as soon as possible!
  • Download the Conga Connect app. This is your guide to all things Connect! Keep track of your schedule, book Solution Stations, network with other attendees, and more.
  • Request a Partner Expert Meeting. Book time with a qualified Conga or Salesforce expert from our partners, Simplus and ATG.
  • Join Conga Champions. If you’re not part of our exclusive customer community already, create an account and start completing challenges for prizes onsite.
  • Create a Conga University training org. If you plan to attend our hands-on learning sessions this year, enroll in this course and follow the instructions to spin up your own Conga U training org before the sessions. These training orgs are for Salesforce-based products only.

Conga University and Certification

Conga Connect Orlando is placing a heavy emphasis on learning, with more hands-on workshops and interactive sessions than ever. So how can you make the most of it? We’ll share our recommendations:

How can I prepare for the hands-on workshops?
To make the most out of the hands-on, interactive Conga University sessions and workshops, you’ll want to come to the event with a Conga University training org already set up and ready to go. Sometimes referred to as “training sandboxes,” these temporary training orgs will provide a safe, risk-free space for you to test and try out what you learn in the sessions. There won’t be time during the hands-on sessions to set up the required training org, so you’ll be sure to do so in advance of Connect. We’re making some updates to our training org to prepare for these sessions, so stay tuned for an email—we’ll let you know when it’s time to spin one up!

To spin up your own Conga U training org before you arrive, enroll in this course and follow the instructions.

*Please note, our training orgs are for Salesforce-based products only.

Conga Certification
Like at past Connects, we’ll administer our certification exams onsite at the event. Conga's Certification Program validates your ability to administer Conga solutions. Not only that, earning a certification is a great way to demonstrate your expertise to your employer, earn recognition from your peers, and gain status as a respected member of Conga’s Certified Admin community. As you prepare for your exam, you may discover new uses for the Conga apps to help you in your Digital Document Transformation Journey.

Why take the certification exam at Conga Connect?
By purchasing a full conference pass + certification, you’ll get the chance to enroll in all of our certification exams at Conga Connect. The certification program at Conga Connect is a great opportunity, as you’ll have access to several resources to help you prepare, including study group sessions, hands-on training, and Conga experts who can help answer your questions.

What if I don’t pass on the first try?
You’ll be given two attempts per exam to pass, but if you find you don’t have enough time to prepare for both attempts at Connect, you’ll be able to take the exams after the event. Your certification conference pass will allow you to enroll in all of our certification exams, but the catch is that you have to make sure you enroll during Connect. Your enrollment codes will only be good throughout the event, but once enrolled, you’ll have access to the exams for up to six months after Connect.

We encourage you to take as many of the certification exams as possible onsite at Conga Connect to take advantage of the preparation resources.
