In addition to the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan, we have taken the following actions within our business to mitigate risk to the health and safety of our employees and the operation of our business:
In 85 countries, more than 11,000 customers trust and rely on Conga for their documents, contracts, and eSignature. Our system architecture is designed with security, uptime and reliability in mind. All products are regionally hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the United States, Europe, and Australia. Each region is mirrored across multiple, geographically dispersed data centers for fault tolerance and business continuity within the region the service is set to use. Our security team keeps a close watch on the entire lifecycle of our services, from secure development practices to safe operational practices. We don’t anticipate any changes to the level of service you receive from Conga or your ability to continue to leverage the Conga Suite. We recognize this is a rapidly changing situation and we will keep you informed of any changes to our business that may impact the delivery of services and support to our customers and partners.
Conga has made all reasonable efforts to eliminate the need for travel by taking advantage of technology that allows us to communicate or otherwise operate electronically. Non-essential travel on Conga’s behalf has been temporarily suspended. Travel deemed to be essential to the operation of our business and the support of our customers and partners is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Conga will not be hosting or attending any in-person events in the near future. In the interim, Conga will be shifting any events to virtual or video-based experiences.
Our teams are currently working from home with the necessary technology to operate effectively from remote work locations throughout our global regions.
