More productivity, fewer steps: Brightpearl reps consolidate their processes and focus on relationships

Brightpearl’s representatives didn’t have the automation and efficiency they needed to sign documents digitally — and then upload them to distribute through Salesforce. 

Brightpearl’s platform works to help its customers’ operations and order management processes. The product, built for online retailers, wholesalers, and brick-and-mortar stores, provides multichannel management so customers can scale as their businesses grow. 

Brightpearl representatives frequently distribute documents to customers, and each one requires an eSignature. Doing this efficiently and methodically prevents redundant steps, and results in more time Brightpearl representatives have to spend on customer relationships. That’s why the Brightpearl team knew they needed a cleaner process than the one they had been relying on — one that required multiple vendors, cumbersome steps, and manual maneuvers. 

Having previously adopted Conga Composer, the Brightpearl team had already added efficiency to the process of document creation and distribution through Salesforce. When they brought on Conga Sign, it allowed reps and customers to securely sign documents and reduce risk, all without having to leave Salesforce. 

Today, Conga Sign helps reps close deals faster so they can spend more time on selling. In addition to streamlined operations, Brightpearl no longer has to purchase and renew a number of software licenses, ultimately saving them money and resources.
